We will send out a rebooking code which will allow you to reschedule when you are ready. Please contact us asap if you aren’t able to make your booking - if you don’t show up - we will try to contact you.

Punctuality is key. Try to get to us on time for your booking, ideally 10 minutes before. If you are late we will do our best to afford you the full 60 minutes but this depends how late you are and whether or not there are bookings after you.

If you have booked our function room then birthday food / drinks are encouraged. We are in the process of building relationships with local eateries who may be able to provide catering for the venue (TBC).

Maybe. A celebratory glass of prosecco is fine - but only if you escape. Please be mindful that you will be on a business premises and alcohol consumption whilst on site is not permitted.

The most likely outcome will be that you are encouraged to return at a later date using the rebooking code that we will send to you.
If one or more of your group is ‘struggling’ they will be asked to leave OR a taxi organised

You will either be celebrated for your achievements - OR - paraded along the high street whereupon local villagers will aim rotten fruit in your direction.
The hour time-limit may be extended a little bit to allow for some last minute indecision!

We can give clues / hints but we don’t like to! When we meet you, we will ask if you have played any escape rooms before. If you are experienced then we will host you in the same manner as we prefer to be hosted - ie no clues unless you specifically ask for one.
We can hear and see what you are doing in your adventure. If there is a genuine risk then we will intervene but ultimately the mission is yours and you should be focused on achieving your objective(s) unassisted.

Yes and also no. At any time during your adventure - you can use one of the big red buttons to release the magnetic lock on the door - but this is ONLY for emergencies (including toilet visits). When engrossed in your adventure, the doors are ‘locked’ - in keeping with the storyline.

Yes - under 8s play for free.
Please ensure that you supervise your children whilst in our games. There are lots of general risks to young children in the games (chairs / desks, shelving etc).
If you bring someone else’s young children, make sure they know you have them….

Arriva: Routes 43, 44, and 45 operate along Gosforth High Street.
Go North East: Routes 54N, 354, Q3, and Q3X also stop on Gosforth High Street.
